Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.
2.3 Restrictions
You confirm that you are not accessing this platform from any country or region where gambling or online betting is prohibited. Complying with the laws of your own country is entirely the user's responsibility.
Section 3 — Account Registration & Management
Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in the account being closed at any time and any earned rewards being cancelled.
Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
vk444 may verify your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to submit the required documents for verification in a timely manner may result in withdrawal requests being delayed or rejected.
Closing an Account
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. vk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in cases of policy violation.
Section 4 — Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions on vk444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed.
- The deposited amount must have been wagered at least once.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method.
4.2 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited
Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. The source and destination of all transactions must be registered in the user's own name.
Section 5 — Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at vk444 receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms — read those terms before accepting an offer.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- It may not be possible to activate multiple bonuses at the same time.
- vk444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
Section 6 — VIP Program
Bronze
Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%. New members are placed at this tier when they start activity and can move to higher tiers through regular betting.
Silver
Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. Promotion to the Silver tier occurs after consistent activity at the Bronze level.
Gold
Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Gold members enjoy priority support and special offers.
Section 7 — Code of Conduct & Fair Play
7.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Using any kind of fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or automation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Colluding with other users or match fixing.
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.

In the event of service termination, reasonable steps will be taken to return users' valid balances, though this does not apply to accounts associated with unlawful activity.
